1. Introduction
Welcome to Serenetee! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.

2. Product Information
Serenetee specializes in graphic t-shirts made from 100% heavy cotton Gildan t-shirts. Our designs are applied using vinyl for the logo and Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing for the back. While we currently source our DTF prints from Future Transfers, we may change suppliers at our discretion without prior notice.

3. Order Process & Fulfillment
We operate as a print-on-demand service, meaning each t-shirt is made to order. Production begins once an order is placed. The only exception is when we sell pre-made stock at events or stalls, such as Pontypool Market.

4. Refunds & Returns
Customers have 14 days from the date of when the parcel was delivered to request a refund for faulty or incorrect items only. This correlates with the Consumers Rights Act 2015. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. Refund requests can be made by contacting us at contact.serenetee@gmail.com.

5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times vary based on location. Once an order has been dispatched, Serenetee is not responsible for delays caused by postal services.

6. Intellectual Property
All designs and content associated with Serenetee are our intellectual property and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

7. Changes to Terms
Serenetee reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes.

Care Instructions

To ensure your Serenetee t-shirt stays looking fresh and vibrant, follow these care instructions carefully. Our t-shirts are made with high-quality materials designed for durability, but proper care is key to maintaining their longevity.

Washing: - Machine wash cold (preferably inside out) to preserve the print and fabric quality.
- Use a mild detergent to avoid damaging the print and fabric.
- Do not bleach.
Drying: - Tumble dry on low heat or air dry to preserve the print and fabric.
- Avoid high heat in the dryer as it may affect the longevity of the prints.
Ironing: - If ironing is necessary, always iron on the reverse side of the fabric (inside out) to avoid damaging the prints.
- Use a low heat setting and avoid direct contact with the prints.
- Do not steam directly onto the prints.
Storage: - Store your t-shirt in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent fading of the design.
Product Details: **DTF Prints (Future Transfers):**
These prints are durable and waterproof, designed to last for 40+ washes without cracking or fading. DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing offers vibrant colors and long-lasting results.

**Logo (Circuit, Smart Vinyl):**
The logo is created using smart vinyl, which is specifically designed for durability. It will remain intact and vibrant for 50+ washes, ensuring your design stands the test of time.

**T-shirt (Gildan, 100% Heavy Cotton):**
Made from 100% heavy cotton, these t-shirts provide a soft and durable fit. Gildan shirts are known for their quality and long-lasting comfort, perfect for everyday wear.
